On January 7, 2023, the company held the 2022 summary and commendation conference and the 2023 work meeting in Chongqing, attended by some middle and senior management personnel and key staff. The meeting was hosted by the company's deputy general manager Xu Yueming.

At the meeting, the company's general manager Bao Rusheng delivered an annual work report themed "Improving Quality and Efficiency, Innovating Momentum, Building Advantages." General Manager Bao objectively analyzed the internal and external environment of the company's operations in 2022, reviewed the main achievements in business development in 2022, including continuous growth in operating performance, CDMO growth against the trend, and production construction in Yichang. At the same time, General Manager Bao pointed out the four major shortcomings in the company's development process and indicated the main direction for the company's business development in 2023. In 2023, the company will focus on "safety production, operational level, and technological innovation," striving to improve quality and efficiency, focusing on seven key areas of work including safety management, lean management, and team building, to further enhance the quality of the company's development and build development advantages.

Subsequently, the first-level departments reported on the operation of each functional module in 2022, focusing on the company's operational goals and key work, and proposed countermeasures for key areas and weak links in their work, laying out the key work for 2023.

At the meeting, the company conducted the 2022 annual advanced commendation. Five employees, Meng Fanjian, Dai Wenjia, Zhu Shengyong, Wang Xiangming, and Wang Renwen, were awarded the title of Excellent Employee for 2022, and Lin Renhua received the 2022 General Manager's Special Award.
