On October 20, the Ministry of Emergency Management organized a digital construction observation and exchange meeting for major hazard source enterprises at Shunyi Yichang Chemical Co., Ltd. Representatives from various provincial emergency management departments, relevant municipal emergency management bureaus, and some hazardous chemical enterprises attended the meeting, with more than 140 participants. Bao Rusheng, chairman of Shunyi Co., Ltd., accompanied the research.

Luo Bangzeng, the executive director of Yichang Company, reported to the research team on the construction of the dual prevention mechanism in the factory area and the achievements made, receiving high recognition from the leaders of the research team. Subsequently, the research team was divided into groups to enter various workshops for on-site observation and exchange. Through learning and discussing the digital application of enterprise safety management, they gained an in-depth understanding of the digital system of the dual prevention mechanism.

Han Yuxin, director of the Hazardous Chemicals Supervision Division of the Ministry of Emergency Management, highly praised the digital work of the dual prevention mechanism at Shunyi Yichang Company. He pointed out that enterprises need to conduct more targeted system updates and improvements, break down the "information islands" between various systems, and help upgrade the digital application of the dual prevention mechanism.
