On the morning of June 22, a technical exchange meeting on the full-process automation transformation of nitration processes in chemical enterprises organized by the Hazardous Chemicals Division of the Hubei Provincial Emergency Management Department was held at Shunyi Yichang Company. More than 70 participants attended the meeting, including representatives from the Hubei Provincial Safety Production Technology Association, Hubei Provincial Chemical Design Institute, responsible persons from emergency management bureaus of relevant cities (states) involved in nitration processes, and heads of 14 key enterprises related to nitration processes in the province.

Luo Bangzeng, the executive director of Shunyi Yichang Company, accompanied the exchange. Mr. Luo provided a detailed report to the discussion group on the overall situation, specific measures, and management effectiveness of the company's full-process automation transformation of nitration processes. Subsequently, the discussion group engaged in in-depth exchanges with relevant technical personnel on dual prevention mechanism hazard identification and analysis, risk classification and control, hidden danger investigation and management, and the application of information systems.

Leaders from the Provincial Emergency Management Department fully affirmed Shunyi Yichang Company's serious implementation of the three-year action plan and the full-process automation transformation of nitration processes, emphasizing that enterprises involved in nitration processes across the province should accelerate the realization of unmanned operations in high-risk work areas, promote the application of new technologies and new equipment for chemical safety such as tubular reactors, and continuously improve the level of inherent safety management.
