Systematic Pesticide Research/Development
Novel Pesticide Creation
As a strategically emerging field for Synwill, novel pesticide creation is spearheaded by an elite team of Ph.D. and master's degree researchers, dedicated to pioneering innovations that address major agricultural pests, diseases, and weeds. Leveraging the company's strong positioning in both domestic and international markets, the team employs cutting-edge design concepts to develop entirely new chemical structures. Utilizing high-throughput screening technologies, researchers conduct comprehensive bioactivity screening and functional evaluations, establishing an efficient DSTA (Design-Screen-Test-Analyze) cycle for rapid optimization and innovation.

Process Development
Adheres to the goal of intrinsic process safety, green and sustainable production, Synwill relentlessly pursues the development and application of new processes and technologies. The R&D platform is equipped with 12 synthesis laboratories, along with specialized facilities including continuous flow reaction labs (microchannels, pipelines, fixed beds reactors), high-pressure labs, fluorination labs, distillation labs, and safety evaluation labs. With years of technical expertise, the company has mastered multiple reaction unit technologies, including nitration, hydrogenation, fluorination, chlorination, bromination, oxidation/ozonolysis, sulfonylation, cyanidation, photocatalysis, and metal catalysis. These capabilities enable efficient process improvements for existing products as well as the development of new processes and technologies. By integrating green chemistry principles, process safety, environmental protection, advanced engineering solutions, and intelligent automation, Synwill has established a comprehensive and technology-driven platform, ensuring the core competitiveness of its products in the global agrochemical sector.
