On February 7, Gao Jianming, Deputy Director of the Hazardous Chemicals Supervision Division of the Ministry of Emergency Management, led a team to Shunyi Yichang Company to conduct safety production research and guidance work. Liu Xiaoge, a first-level principal staff member of the Hazardous Chemicals Supervision Division, Guo Yumei, Deputy Director of the Hubei Provincial Emergency Management Department, Li Maojun, Director of the Hazardous Chemicals Division, Zhang Wei, Director of the Yichang Emergency Management Bureau, and Cheng Wei, Deputy Director, accompanied the research.
During the research, Deputy Director Gao Jianming and his team inspected the central control room and production workshop of Shunyi Yichang Company, and listened in detail to the company's reports on the management of the safety information platform, the operation of the digital construction of the dual prevention mechanism, and the application of key regulatory hazardous chemical processes (diazotization reaction) in pipeline applications. Gao Jianming emphasized that hazardous chemical enterprises must always prioritize safety production, actively utilize digital empowerment, and improve safety management efficiency, while also expressing appreciation for Shunyi Company's proactive innovation and application of new safety technologies.
