Synwill Co., Ltd.(formerly Zhejiang Hisun Chemical Co., Ltd.)was established in December, 1998. With a registered capital of RMB 289.06 million, Synwill is a National High-Tech Enterprise. Covering an area of over 800 mu (53.33 hectares), Synwill now boasts total assets of RMB 2.9 billion and employs over 1300 staff. As one of the major manufacturers in China, Synwill specializes in the production and sales of over 50 products, including technicals, pecticide formulations and intermediates. Its product portfolio covers insecticide, fungicide, herbicide and hygienic insecticide with several first-in-China registered and patented products such as Ivermectin, Oxine-copper and Pyriftalid.

Established in 2011, Synwill Nantong, as a National High-Tech Enterprise, is located in Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. With its registered capital of RMB 171 million. Synwill Nantong is an Eco-friendly, safe and high-efficient production base of technicals and intermediates covering an area of over 168 mu(11.2 hectares).

Synwill Yichang Chemical Co., Ltd.

Established in 2019, Synwill Yichang is located in Tianjiahe area of YaoJiaGang Chemical Park in Hubei province. With its registered capital of RMB 210 million, Synwill Yichang is an important production base of specialty chemicals, covering an area of 540 mu(36 hectares). 

Zhejiang Synwill Crop Science Co., Ltd.(formerly Taizhou Hisun Chemical Co., Ltd.)

Established in 1996, It is a wholly-owned domestic sales subsidiary of Synwill with registered capital RMB 10 million.
