On January 13, the company held the 2023 summary and commendation conference and the 2024 work meeting, attended by more than 60 middle and senior management personnel, key employees, and annual outstanding employees from the eight centers and three bases. At the meeting, General Manager Bao Rusheng delivered an annual report titled "Improving Quality and Efficiency, Building Momentum for a New Future," which comprehensively and objectively analyzed the overall business environment challenges of 2023, summarized the main achievements of the company in sales, research and development, production and automation improvement, and compliance operations, and pointed out the shortcomings in production management and market development. At the same time, Bao outlined the eight key work focuses for the company in 2024: safety production, lean production, drug registration, market development, technological innovation, financial control, compliance operations, and human resources.

The company's first-level departments successively summarized and reviewed the main work of 2023 and provided a brief outlook for 2024. In the past year, all business sectors of the company maintained confidence in development, adhered to compliance and stability, ensuring the healthy development of the company despite the sluggish industry situation. To enhance the cohesion, sense of identity, and creativity of all employees, the company awarded outstanding employees of 2023: Zhou Yuan, Liu Qirui, Shi Xiaojun, Xu Jianyong, and Huang Qi.
