Synwill Co., Ltd. (previously known as Zhejiang Hisun Chemical Co., Ltd.), was found in December 1998 from Hisun Group, a state-own enterprise established in 1956. As National designated enterprise for agrochemicals and National High-tech enterprise, Synwill possesses assets of more than 200 million USD and operates three facilities which cover 40 hectares and more than 800 employees in Taizhou, Nantong and Yichang for formulations, active ingredients and intermediates respectively. The products range from active ingredients and formulations of agrochemicals, to intermediates of agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Among them, Ivermectin, Oxine-copper was firstly registered as pesticides in China by Synwill.
