On September 7, the trade union of Shunyi Yichang Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully established, and the first member representative conference was held. Qin Ran, Executive Vice Chairman of the Yichang High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, Deputy Director of the Party Working Committee Management Office, Yu Jianping, Director of the Office, Nie Xiaobei, Minister of the Grassroots Organization Department, Song Qilin, Party Committee Organization and United Front Committee Member of Baiyang Town, Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, Zhao Xiyi, Full-time Vice Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, and Luo Bangzeng, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shunyi Yichang Chemical, Deputy General Manager Pan Xiyun, and 55 member representatives attended the conference, which was hosted by Luo Bangzeng.

The meeting first read the agenda and introduced the main tasks of the conference.

At the beginning of the meeting, all participants stood up and sang the national anthem.

Comrade Pan Xiyun, Deputy General Manager of Shunyi Yichang, delivered the opening speech.

Qin Ran, Executive Vice Chairman of the Yichang High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a congratulatory speech.

Ling Xiao, the person in charge of the trade union preparation of Shunyi Yichang, reported on the preparation work of the trade union.

Song Qilin, the United Front Committee member of the Party Organization of Baiyang Town and Chairman of the Trade Union, presented a plaque to the Shunyi Company Trade Union.

The conference entered the voting session and officially conducted the election.

Through fair, just, and open anonymous voting, the conference finally elected 7 members of the first trade union committee of Shunyi Yichang, 3 members of the financial review committee, and 3 members of the women's committee. Subsequently, the first meeting of the first trade union committee was held, continuing to vote to elect Ling Xiao as the trade union chairman, Dai Wenjia as the women's director (concurrent member), and Chen Siqin as the financial review director.

The newly elected trade union chairman Ling Xiao spoke, stating that the new trade union committee will shoulder the expectations of all employees and the higher-level trade unions, strengthen its own construction, continuously improve the trade union work mechanism, fulfill the basic responsibilities of "safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees and sincerely serving the employee masses," actively carry out various cultural and sports activities for employees, and play a bridging role to contribute the wisdom and strength of the trade union to the company's development!

The conference concluded with the passionate International Anthem. The establishment of the Shunyi Yichang Trade Union also marks a new step for the Yichang production base in terms of sound systems and standardized management. In the future, Shunyi will further innovate management, set strict requirements, solidify the foundation of standardized management, and move forward steadily.
