Job Description
Education: Doctorate
Specialty/Experience: Related work in organic chemistry, chemical engineering and technology, fine chemicals, pesticide science, etc.
Location: Taizhou
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize the synthesis process of pesticide intermediates;
2. Innovative research and development of pesticide compound structure-activity relationships;
3. Lead the research team to complete R&D work on time;
4. Complete the design of synthesis routes for compounds, spectral analysis, and structural determination;
5. Guide and manage the process of pilot testing and scale-up production of products.
Qualifications:
1. Doctorate degree in organic chemistry, fine chemicals, pesticide science, or other chemical-related fields;
2. Familiar with pesticide structure-activity research, with strong experimental design capabilities;
3. Proficient in researching and reviewing English chemical literature and patents, with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Passionate about innovative R&D work, with good teamwork spirit.
